Help pets bounce back from lameness and joint issues with a single injection of Spryng™ with OsteoCushion™ Technology.

Spryng™ with OsteoCushion™ Technology is an innovative intra-articular injectable veterinary medical device that is designed to prevent the occurrence and re-occurrence of joint pain from loss of cartilage or tissue-bone mechanical malfunction by augmenting and reinforcing cartilage to assist in the normalization of joint function.

Spryng™ is only available for use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

How Spryng™ intra-articular injections work

  • spryng injection particles

Spryng™ injections are composed of two naturally-derived proteins (collagen and elastin) and one carbohydrate.

  • spryng protein and carbohydrate molecules are stable

During manufacturing, these proteins and carbohydrate molecules naturally self-assemble and are stabilized and sterilized, creating a pliable and insoluble matrix.

  • spryng particles fill joint synovial space

Precisely-sized particles form a sponge-like, lubricious micro-cushion that conforms to the synovial space.

  • spryng helps joint by mimicking cartilage

Spryng™ biomaterial simulates cartilage dynamics by absorbing and releasing synovial fluid in response to joint impact.

Administering Spryng™ in small animals

Spryng™ is administered using a sterile needle inserted into the synovial space of an affected joint and is appropriate for use in joint locations throughout the body.

Spryng™ is not a drug and does not rely on pharmaceutical, chemical or metabolic action to achieve the intended effects.

The injection technique, location, amount of synovial fluid removal, depth of injection, needle type, and the administered quantity of Spryng™, may vary based on veterinarian clinical judgment and the joint selected.

Established safety profile

Spryng™ has been initially used in over 600 animals (dogs, horses, cats, rabbits). An independent safety study, performed by a reputable equine organization, demonstrated product safety following injection of the product in over 70 joints in more than 20 horses. Additional efficacy studies are in progress with a nationally recognized university and a renowned private clinical study institution.

Manage the source of pain, not just the symptoms.

A single Spryng™ injection provides both immediate joint protection and helps protect the joint from further injury, unlike other products that only treat symptoms (NSAIDs, corticosteroids, monoclonal antibodies, radiation, etc.).

  • Many study animals no longer needed NSAIDS for pain relief and were able to return to normal activity levels following a Spryng™ injection.

  • Offers moderation of joint pain without pharmacologic, chemical, or metabolic action.

  • An effective and economical solution — a single injection provides long duration joint protection.
