The Spryng Satisfaction Guarantee

At PetVivo, we stand behind Spryng and the confidence veterinarians place in it as part of their osteoarthritis and mobility management protocols. To support veterinarians and pet owners, PetVivo offers the following Spryng Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible purchases in the United States.

Eligibility

The Spryng Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all Spryng product SKUs purchased through authorized distribution channels and administered by a licensed veterinarian within the United States. Each treated animal is eligible for one satisfaction guarantee claim. 

Guarantee

If the treating veterinarian and pet owner determine that Spryng did not provide the expected clinical benefit following administration of Spryng, the treating veterinary clinic may submit one satisfaction guarantee request for the treated animal through its PetVivo sales representative or by submitting this form. Requests must be submitted within ninety (90) days following administration of Spryng. 

Upon verification of eligibility of the request, PetVivo will provide one replacement Spryng unit to the veterinary clinic. The replacement unit is intended to assist the clinic in providing, at the clinic's discretion, the clinic's refund of the original Spryng product cost to the pet owner. No cash reimbursement will be provided directly to the veterinarian or pet owner. 

Important Limitations

The Spryng Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the cost of the Spryng product itself. "Product cost" means only the amount charged for the Spryng product and excludes all other charges. No veterinary services, professional fees, procedures, diagnostics, office visits, examinations, imaging, laboratory testing, medications, sedation, anesthesia, rehabilitation services, boarding, hospitalization, taxes, shipping, or other associated costs are eligible for reimbursement under this guarantee. 

How to Submit a Request

All satisfaction guarantee requests must be initiated by the treating veterinary clinic and submitted directly to PetVivo through this form. Pet owners should contact their veterinarian regarding any concerns or questions about eligibility.

PetVivo reserves the right to verify product purchase information and request supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, product lot information, and treatment records reasonably necessary to administer this program, before verifying eligibility for a guarantee claim.

Additional Terms

This guarantee is available only for qualifying Spryng products purchased and administered within the United States. This program is a voluntary customer satisfaction program and does not constitute an express or implied warranty regarding the safety, effectiveness, or clinical performance of Spryng.The guarantee is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotional programs unless expressly authorized by PetVivo. PetVivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
